I am not handling the stress well.

I don’t know if you would classify what I’m feeling as a form of depression… and I’m not even sure if you would call this “emotional stress” but I haven’t been feeling ‘well’ these days. I’m considering seeing a psychiatrist. But in order to do that, I’d have to tell my mother what is wrong with me. That’s something I don’t want to have to do.

I’ve tried channelling all my frustrations into writing, drawing, reading etcetc. But it doesn’t seem to be working anymore. The thrill of seeing something that makes me even remotely happy dies out after a short while and I can’t do anything except slink back into this stupid emotional shadow I can’t get rid of. I don’t know what is wrong with me or where this depression is stemming from. I just want it to go away.
